Returns and Exchanges
If you want to return or exchange anything you bought from us, no problem!
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make sure what you ordered from Air Padre Kiteboarding is right for you. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your new unused product for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for the right size. We will refund the full amount you paid less the shipping.
All items eligible for return need to be new, unused, with the original tags and/or packaging. Electronics must be in their original packaging, unopened.
You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur on the way back. We recommend using a track able shipping method. Pack it carefully with extra padding, bubble wrap, foam, or anything necessary for protection.
If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, call us to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.
Refunds, Credits and Balances Due
As soon as we receive and processes your return, we will notify you via email. Credit for returned items will be applied to the payment method that was used to make the purchase. You should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing cycles, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please call the shop for assistance. 956-299-9463
While it is unlikely that your items will be damaged during shipping, it can happen from time to time. Air Padre Kiteboarding does everything possible to ensure the safe delivery of items purchased from us.
However, in the unlikely instance of damage occurring during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to notify the shipper and Air Padre Kiteboarding immediately. If you notice any visual damage to a box when you receive it, we recommend inspecting the contents immediately to ensure they have arrived undamaged and that no items are missing. You should ask the driver to document that the box arrived damaged. Often the shipper will want to inspect the box and packaging materials, so be sure to retain everything until instructed otherwise by the shipper.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
Price and/or Description Changes
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We take no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.

If you have recently placed an order with us and need more information or would like to change your order you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 956-299-9463. Business hours are 9am-5pm CST. It is advised to call immediately as most orders are fulfilled same day.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Air Padre Kiteboarding reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
If your payment has already been processed when your order is cancelled, Air Padre Kiteboarding will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
Duties and taxes associated with shipping to your country may increase the cost of your order. You are responsible for paying all shipping costs, import tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any other costs related to delivering product to you. These costs are in addition to the cost of your order. You are responsible for return freight charges should you refuse delivery of any product, or if any product is unable to be delivered to you.
Lesson Cancellation Policy
All lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled, with a complete store credit refund up to 7 days before the scheduled lesson or camp time. A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied to any lesson(s) cancelled or rescheduled within 7 days of the scheduled lesson start time. Any remaining balance is available to be credited back to you. If your lesson or camp is cancelled by Air Padre you will receive a full refund equivalent to the value of the lesson deposit.
